for a long time it has been my desire to realize a lehraktion on tables exclusively with fishes and seafood (octopus, tuna, mullet, calamari, prawn, goatfish) in naples. the celebration of life and death arose within me through the great fish markets in the big city overlooking the sea.
at the beginning the 130.aktion was planned as a smaller action but evolved into a bigger action through the inclusion of a procession to giuseppe morra’s vineyard. top actionists, a brass band and a string quintet from palermo have been part of the one day-action.
